  • Google User Data: If you choose to log in using Google, we securely receive your email address, name, and profile picture directly from Google's authentication servers.
  • Account & Usage Data: We track your subscription plan, payment status (via Razorpay), and daily usage metrics (number of humanize runs and file uploads) to enforce plan limits.
  • No Financial Data: We do not collect or store your credit card or UPI details. All payments are securely processed by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To create and secure your user account.
  • To authenticate your identity when logging in.
  • To manage your quotas, subscription plans, and customer support requests.

3. Zero Logging Policy for User Text

We operate on a strict Zero Logging Policy regarding the actual content you process through our tool. We do not store, log, or save your source text or the humanized output text. All text processing happens entirely in-memory and is instantly destroyed the moment your result is generated. Your work cannot be leaked or flagged for self-plagiarism.

4. Google API Services Disclosure

Humantext's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share, sell, or distribute your Google user data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.

5. Data Deletion and Revocation

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can also revoke Humantext's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Security settings. To request full account deletion from our systems, please contact us at notebooklmedu@gmail.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged into your dashboard and to verify your active session to prevent abuse. We do not use third-party invasive trackers.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our practices. We will notify you of any material changes via email or notice on our platform. By continuing to use the service after these changes take effect, you agree to the revised policy.
