By accessing and using Humantext ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Humantext provides a semantic text processing engine designed to restructure and humanize text. While we strive for the highest quality and accuracy, users are entirely responsible for reviewing the final output before publishing or submitting it.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Humantext strictly for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass the service's quota or payment systems.
• Use the tool to generate or process illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content.
• Share, sell, or distribute your account credentials to multiple users. (Each account is for a single user only).

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Humantext offers both short-term passes (e.g., 3-day, 7-day) and subscription plans. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Because our service involves immediate access to computational resources, all sales are final and non-refundable once a pass or subscription has been activated, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Humantext is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to any academic or professional consequences related to the output generated by our tool.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, abuse our system, or engage in fraudulent payment activities.
